Thirteenth attempt...

Attempt: 1D20: 16 2D8: 3, 5
Roll total: 22
Damage to Phoe: 1D8: 2
HP: 60/125 Soul fragments remaining: 56/425
Day thirteen: Productive..

The bruise was spreading further across her back. Her flesh was hardening and chipping away, only to regenerate and come back black and blue. Phoenix found herself wearing sweaters.

Fourteenth attempt...

Damage to Phoe: 1D8: 5
HP: 51/125 Soul fragments remaining: --/425
Mission success.

With the soul at hand, Phoenix had Pilot come over and take care of Addison. She moved to retrieve the sedated body, and put the soul back where it belonged. Parting black eyes turned that perfect shade of blue. "Ph--..." Soon, they'd roll on shut and Phoenix would proceed on getting her cleaned up, dressed in one of Phoenix's old shirts, and set neatly into a box. Carrying it on over to Katan's place, she remained stealthy and sneaky, writing on the box: "To Katan." and slapping a big red bow on it. The knife was taken from her boot and she stabbed the container carefully. "That would have been bad... They...need to breath." Would be mumbled, before the wounded Phoenix stumbled away.

Complete. . .
