These are general guidelines so everyone has an idea of the steps that may be taken when any chat or forum guideline isn't followed. It is important to remember that the Adminstrators will be reviewing each incident on a case by case basis and together will decide what, if any, action is deemed appropriate.
There are three basic levels of actions: Mild, Moderate, and Severe.
Any action or actions taken for incidents is a private matter between that member and the Administration of Dragon's Mark. However, we have set up a few general guides for dealing with incidents so everyone has a general idea of some of the tools that are used.
While we realize many players have multiple characters under multiple usernames, not all breaches of conduct will be applied to the "player" versus the "username". However, if there are incidents by multiple usernames controlled by the same player, we may, at our discretion, include any and all known usernames controlled by that player. Banning may involve the blocking of usernames, email addresses and/or ip addresses
We will not release any member information unless under court order to do so.
